Privacy & your data
EasyDoes Trade stores the information you enter so it can run your business admin: account and business details, customers, quotes, jobs, diary information, invoices and payment status, expenses/material costs and optional receipt images.
What we use it for
Only to provide Trade, manage your work, create documents, track payments and costs, produce business summaries, support the service and keep it secure. Card details are entered and processed by Stripe; EasyDoes does not store card numbers or security codes.
Where it is processed
Supabase provides database, authentication and private file storage. Vercel hosts the application. Stripe processes card payments when enabled.
How long we keep it
Your working records are retained while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, application data will be removed after your identity is verified. Limited backup copies may remain until the infrastructure provider's normal backup cycle expires. You remain responsible for retaining business or tax records the law requires you to keep.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your account data or ask for your account to be deleted. During beta, contact EasyDoes support from the email address used for the account. We will verify identity before acting on an export or deletion request.
Keep it minimal
Only enter customer information you need to quote, schedule, carry out and bill work. Where bank transfer details are used, EasyDoes stores only the details needed to receive payment.
